MyRoom™ started in Denver, Colorado, from a small team grounded in telecom, web conferencing, and digital e-learning expertise, supported by longstanding relationships with Orange, Microsoft, Adobe, and other key technology partners.
The company is a spinoff of MeetingOne, and the concept of MyRoom™ was born from a simple observation: the tools used to connect virtually today were built for strangers, not for the relationships that matter most.
Over the years, our founders kept hearing the same frustration from Hosts: every event starts from scratch, context is lost, valuable data tied to the event and its guest groups disappear, and Hosts lack intuitive control, clarity, and a persistent space.
The relationship was recurring. The Host room was not. The opportunity was clear. It became the engine behind MyRoom™.

● Host controls at all times. Persistent, private rooms are fully customizable for each event and each group, from the settings to the look and feel.
● Guests welcomed from the start.Familiar, frictionless, and friendly experiences help every guest feel ready to participate.
● Data always accessible and organized. Structured information about each event, group, and guest is available before, during, and after every event.
● Host space built to persist. A reliable, reusable environment carries work forward beyond a simple meeting link.

The road ahead is clear: MyRoom™ is a powerful stand-alone live collaboration platform and a natural fit within a broader ecosystem of on-demand, group-focused spaces for business, education, professional training, and more. Vision stays the same: every recurring virtual relationship, and every group with a common goal, deserves a room that can grow with them.
MyRoom™ is just getting started. AI growth and more are coming, and your room is waiting.
